Direction for Use Get in the shower and wet your hair. Make sure the water isn’t hot. Hot water tends to dry out the hair. Apply a dime sized (or quarter, depending on how long your hair is) into the plam of your hand. Lather the shampoo first in your hands then onto your hair. Shampoo is meant to not only clean your hair but also the scalp. So, in order to clean your scalp, you need to massage the shampoo into your hair by using the balls of your fingers. Rinse thoroughly with cool water. Repeat if desired.
